Our Team
Dawn Lewis, President & CEO, earned a BA in Political Science from Penn State University and an MA in Management from the Notre Dame University of Maryland. Her professional background is varied and involves working in a variety of organizational settings including as a paralegal for a community-based law firm to serving in the administrations of both George W. Bush and Barack Obama where she earned a distinguished service award.
In addition, she is a doctoral candidate in psychology with scholarly interests in cultural intelligence, intercultural & global leadership competency and diversity & inclusion. She is CQ certified through the Cultural Intelligence Center and is certified through the Kozai Group to administer the Global Competency Inventory. The use of these assessments form the basis of the executive coaching, global leadership and management consulting services.
She is a contributing author to the Women Inspiring Nations anthology, and her chapter is called "Open to the Possibilities." She is unapologetic in her pursuit of reconciling continuously her spiritual development and evolution with her sociopolitical worldview. It is within this context where she offers life coaching services.
